Description states: "The land has been used in the past to create a wildflower rich meadow that supports a wide range of flowering plants and pollinating bees in the summer months but in recent years hasn't been so intensively managed."

Meadow is directly adjacent to Quoditch Moor Nature Reserve.

Sadly, this is not next to Quoditch Moor nature reserve, otherwise it would make a great block managed for conservation. It looks from the map in the sale details as though it is next to Quoditchmoor FC plantation. I don't know the site itself.

Hilary, I beg your pardon - you're quite correct. In my excitement looking it up I got two trapezoid-shaped fields mixed up. They're actually 800m apart. Still could be a good site though. Thanks.

My apologies too - there is other woodland between the site and the FC plantation to the north.
