Land wanted

I am trying to help a group of Devon growers who are hoping to find some land that would offer space for a number of separate but co-operating land-based businesses, including a market garden, agroforestry, edible food forest, education and events in sustainable land-based practices. They are thinking of 20-40 acres, but would consider something smaller or larger.
Does anyone know of suitable land? Or have contacts who might put me on to something? They know about the Ecological Land Co-operative, but feel that model would be too restrictive for them.
